1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website, subscribing to our newsletter, requesting beta access, or playing Wilderland, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Licence to play
Wilderland is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and your platform holder's agreement, Developers World LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Wilderland for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the game or its assets, except as permitted by your platform storefront.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative builds of the game, except where local law expressly permits it.
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, modified clients or any tool that gives an unfair advantage in Arena or online multiplayer.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with security, anti-cheat or matchmaking systems.
3. Accounts, beta access and platform stores
Wilderland has not been released yet. Beta access, playtests and wishlist signups are offered at our discretion and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Purchases are made through PlayStation Store, Xbox Store or Steam. Those storefronts handle payment, billing and their own refund policies — we do not process your payment details.
- You are responsible for keeping your platform account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- Beta builds are pre-release software provided "as is". Progression, unlocks and any beta content may be reset or removed at launch.
- Beta participants may be asked to keep unreleased content confidential where we state so explicitly.
4. Online multiplayer and player conduct
Online play supports lobbies of up to 16 players. To keep matches fair and welcoming, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in names or chat.
- Grief, match-fix, intentionally disconnect to manipulate results, or abuse the reporting system.
- Sell, buy or trade accounts, progression or in-game items outside official channels.
- Attempt to disrupt our servers, including denial-of-service attacks, scraping or unauthorised access.
5. Enforcement and suspension
We may issue warnings, restrict chat, remove content, or suspend or permanently terminate access to online services for conduct that breaches these terms or harms other players. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans without refund. You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting support@wilderland.live.
6. Service availability and updates
Wilderland's online features depend on the internet, platform networks and our servers. We may patch, rebalance, add or remove features, take servers offline for maintenance, or eventually retire online services. We will give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown of online services where we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Intellectual property
- Our rights: Wilderland, its name, logo, key art, characters, world, arena designs, audio, code and all related materials are owned by Developers World LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.
- Press and creator use: assets in our press kit may be used in editorial coverage, reviews, streams and videos with credit to Developers World LLC. Monetising videos and streams of Wilderland gameplay on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch is permitted; you may not sell the assets themselves or imply an official partnership.
- Your content: you keep ownership of clips, screenshots, feedback and other content you create. By sharing it with us publicly or through our channels, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it to promote the game.
8. Newsletter and communications
Subscribing at support@wilderland.live or through the signup form on this site means you consent to receive news about Wilderland. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The website, beta builds and the game are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Release dates, features and platform availability described on this site are subject to change.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developers World LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, progression or business reputation — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, the beta or the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Wilderland in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
